Account Closure Process

You may close your account at any time under these terms. Submit a closure request via live chat or email; any remaining balance is returned to your verified UPI or PhonePe account before the closure is finalised.

Access to 4dham and the applicability of these terms depend on whether use of the platform is permitted under the law of your specific state or region. We recommend confirming your local legal position before opening an account.

We are required to publish any change with an updated effective date and notify active account holders by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. You can always find the current version in your account dashboard.

If your account is suspended for a breach of these terms, we will hold your balance pending an internal review. If the suspension is overturned, funds are returned in full to your verified UPI or Paytm account without deduction.

Email our support team with your account reference number and a formal data access request. We will compile your account and transaction data and send a copy to your registered email address within seven working days.

All deposit methods — including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe — are subject to the same fund-handling clauses. The processing speed may differ by method, but the rules around minimum amounts, verification and refunds apply equally across all payment rails.

These terms prohibit sharing your account credentials with any third party and require that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using another person's UPI or Paytm account to fund your balance will result in a hold pending verification.

Raise a formal dispute by contacting support via live chat or email within 14 days of the decision. Include your account reference, the clause you believe was misapplied, and any supporting evidence. We aim to provide a written response within three working days.
